Luiza Dehrmann is a qualified Industrial and Organisational Psychologist and the Founder and Owner of Farol Consulting — a boutique human capital solutions company built on a deep passion for people and business. Farol was founded 11 years ago from a desire to support and guide organisations in optimising their most valued resource — their people — in order to enhance both wellbeing and business productivity through practices rooted in positive psychology. Luiza’s work focuses on creating people-centred solutions that balance strategic direction with genuine care, helping organisations function more effectively while empowering individuals to grow and be the best version of themselves.
