What a beautiful and encouraging day we shared at the CWIB Expo Stellenbosch 2026!

First and foremost, we give thanks to our Heavenly Father for His presence, faithfulness, and for reminding us once again that He is the centre of everything we do and build. It was a day of growth in both faith and business, filled with wisdom, encouragement, meaningful conversations, and beautiful connections.

Zintle Mokgapa is the Community and Partnership Manager at Ziwani Community NPC, where she supports business leaders in their faith and work journey to become redemptive leaders.

She holds theological training from the Bible Institute and brings over 15 years of experience in missions and ministry, including leadership roles with AIDS Hope, youth ministry, and church forums in Mamelodi.

She also contributed to Business for Transformation, helping develop the theological framework for their work course. Since joining Ziwani in 2022, Zintle has focused on equipping leaders through faith-based content and communities of practice that foster redemptive influence in the marketplace.

Shireen Onia

Shireen brings over 25 years of experience across Entrepreneurship, tourism, hospitality, and economic empowerment, building businesses, leading programs, and creating impact-driven initiatives that span multiple countries. Her work unlocks growth, transforms mindsets, and ensures individuals, teams, and organisations thrive.

She has led large-scale projects, developed SOPs and guest journey frameworks for world-class hotels, and delivered training that elevates service culture to international standards in sectors such as Retail, Automotive, Manufacturing, Beauty, Health, and more.

She has overseen entrepreneurship interventions across Africa – mobilising resources, building partnerships, and supporting women-led enterprises to expand into new markets and create sustainable jobs.

She is a Board member of Cape Town Tourism & Fedhasa and Chair for Cape Chamber of Commerce Central Chapter, I and has positioned herself well in order to support the people and businesses she works with.

As the Managing Director of Company Partners and a seasoned business coach, she has dedicated over two decades to supporting entrepreneurs in South Africa.
