She currently serves as the Director of Training & Facilitation at Tall Trees Profiles, is a partner at EI Activator LTD, and is now also contributing her extensive experience to the REBOOT team. Originally trained as a mineralogist, Annatjie's passion for appraising the unique properties of minerals has evolved into studying the unique characteristics of humans. She believes that growing human potential and strong relationships are foundational to success in life. Life can be challenging, but she believes in the power of resilience, perseverance, and change. Teaching, coaching, and facilitating principles that challenge and improve limiting beliefs energize her.

Yolande is the founder of Adtello Labour Advisory Services. She has also been a senior lecturer at the University of Pretoria and NWU. She is a seasoned legal professional with a solid background in prosecution, labour law litigation, and facilitation. Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive labour law advice and support to clients in diverse industries. She is skilled in contractual negotiations, training in investigation processes, dispute resolution, as well as diagnostics in organisational labour wellness. She is also experienced in chairing and facilitating workplace disputes.
