She is dedicated to mentoring professionals, about Kingdom Business Strategies, sharing her insights on her experiences and her own lessons running a Kingdom Business, empowering the next generation of leaders.

Her journey is a testament to God's leading in her life, including hard work, dedication, and the belief that one person can make a difference!

Known for her ability to inspire and uplift, Zinhle will guide us through the day’s exciting program, keeping the energy high and the focus sharp. Her dynamic presence, infectious enthusiasm, and spirit-led approach make her the perfect fit to host this year’s Expo.

Zinhle Xulu is the Co-Founder of Emerge Consulting, a business focused in Training, Coaching and Development. Outside of the business world, Zinhle is an accomplished media practitioner with over 15 years of hands-on experience in the broadcasting field, she is also an accredited Facilitator and MC. Zinhle is driven by her passion for people and their empowerment.

Karma is passionate about transformative initiatives that address South Africa’s critical challenge of youth unemployment and poverty. Inspired by her unique exposure to international education systems, she strives to build strategic partnerships between businesses, educational institutions, and communities to drive systemic change. Her vision includes improving mathematics outcomes as a driver of education quality to increase the Human Capital Index of South Africa while supporting personal and organisational resilience through coaching and training. She is the Managing Owner of an international education franchise, Seriously Addictive Mathematics, and the CEO of Oaktree Education, an NPC supporting strategic financial investment and value-adding services in the education sector.
