Ilse has a wide range of interests and actively seeks out opportunities to apply her strengths and experience. She has written various articles for Lady Rose magazine and other platforms, she loves sharing her testimony as a speaker and is currently pursuing studies in people wellness and leadership coaching. She is passionate about South Africa!  She is the Mom of two teenagers which is almost a full-time occupation on its own!  Ilse measures success by a happy heart, a healthy mind, and quality time with family and friends.

Ilse’s passion is to deeply know Christ so that wherever she goes, she leaves a heart print. She believes that through love and understanding people are guided to a place of victory where lives are impacted.

WORK:

 

Ilse is currently employed as a Human Resources Business Partner with a large corporate.    This role has a focus on people alignment with business strategies, resulting in an enabling environment for people development and for achieving business success.
